For the first time in The Housing Bank, we give you access to your valuable belongings around the clock

Interactive Teller Machines ITM
For the first time in The Housing Bank, you can communicate in real-time with a bank representative via a video call to conduct a wide range of your banking transactions easily with ultimate levels of convenience and security. Including:
  1. Open sub-accounts
  2. Cash withdrawal with large amounts up to 10,000 JOD and cash deposit up to 19,999 JOD
  3. Instant issuance and renewal of Debit cards
  4. A4 account statements
  5. Cheque deposits
* In addition to the availability of 24/7 ATM services.

People who are not bank customers can also communicate with the speaking bank
for the bank customers you need your Debit Card and PIN code
