Refer A Friend Service

It is a feature available through the Iskan Mobile application that allows the bank’s existing customers to send an invitation to friends, family members, or their acquaintances to download the Iskan application and open an account electronically through the Digital Onboarding service.

 Steps

  • The bank customer sends an invitation through the application containing the Referral Code.
  • Entering the Referral Code when opening the account through the Digital Onboarding service by the receiver of the invitation.
  • Completing the account opening by visiting the branch and providing it with the signature, in addition to any incomplete documents.
  • Deposit an amount of 1,000 JODs into the opened account through Digital Onboarding.

 Rewards

  •  If the above conditions are met, the sender and receiver of the invitation will be rewarded with 25 JODs each.
  • In the event that the invited customer maintains their average balance at the equivalence of 1,000 JODs or more for a period of 6 months, an amount of 100 JODs will be credited as an additional gift.
  • The customer who sent the invitation can benefit from up to 500 JODs (a maximum of 20 completed invitations).
  • In the event that the client sending the invitation attracts ten new clients who fulfill the conditions, they will be nominated to qualify for additional cash/in-kind prizes with a total value of 25000 JOD

 Terms and Conditions

  •  The invited customer should not have a previous (active) account with the bank.
  • The campaign does not include bank employees.
  • The campaign includes inviting only Jordanian customers who are residents and do not have existing accounts with Housing Bank.
  • Opening the account should be through Digital Onboarding exclusively.
  • Both the sender and receiver must classify as retail customers.
  • Joint accounts and corporate accounts are excluded from the campaign.
  • The bank has the right to exclude any client from the campaign if he/she has an existing account with the bank for less than 3 months
