Terms & Conditions
- The campaign is open to individual Housing Bank customers
- Each participant is eligible to win only once during the campaign period
- Customers must pay a minimum of 4 bills during the week to qualify for the weekly draw (new and existing customers)
- Customers must pay a minimum of 4 bills during the month to qualify for the monthly draws (new and existing customers)
- Weekly and monthly winners will be selected through a random draw using a dedicated system designed for this purpose
- New service users include all new Housing Bank customers, as well as existing customers who have not paid bills through the eFAWATEERcom service during the 12 months preceding the campaign launch
- Weekly prize amounts will be credited to the winners' accounts within one working week from the announcement of the winners
- The monthly prize amount for new-customer winners will be credited within one working week from the announcement of the winners
- The monthly campaign prize amount will be credited to the winners on a monthly basis within one working week and will be equal to the value of the monthly bills paid, up to a maximum of JOD 250
- The Bank reserves the right to withhold any prize if the winner does not consent to the public announcement of their win
- Prizes exceeding JOD 1,000 are subject to a 15% income tax, which shall be borne by the customer
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend its terms and conditions as it deems appropriate
- The campaign starts on 18/10/2026 and ends on 17/01/2027
