  • While trying to login to Iskan Business, the following error is displayed “The username or password you have provided do not match our records. Please check them and try again. If the problem persists please contact the bank” While trying to login to Iskan Business, the following error is displayed “The username or password you have provided do not match our records. Please check them and try again. If the problem persists please contact the bank”

    - Make sure that you enter the correct username and password 

    - You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password?” option, then to proceed with the steps accordingly

    - If the error still exists, please contact the call center 065200400 ext. 4 or you can send an email to iskanbusiness.support@hbtf.com.jo

  • What is “HBTF Token”? What is “HBTF Token”?
    It’s an application that generates One Time Passwords “OTP” which is used to for logging in Iskan Business and submission of financial transactions. 
  • Can we apply the company’s approved authority structure, as registered in the commercial registration, through Iskan Business service? Can we apply the company’s approved authority structure, as registered in the commercial registration, through Iskan Business service?
    Authorities are applied in line with the company’s approved authority matrix and in line with its registration certificate
  • What is the maximum number of users that can be assigned to a corporate through Iskan Business? What is the maximum number of users that can be assigned to a corporate through Iskan Business?
    The platform allows each customer to create multiple usernames and assign permissions and services according to the needs of each individual within the organization.

    Multiple companies within the same group can be linked and accessed through the same username and in line with the applicable authorities.
