IskanBusiness is a comprehensive electronic banking web-based platform allowing corporate clients to perform all types of financial transactions safely and efficiently.

  • Housing Bank offers corporates an advanced Cash Management System through IskanBusiness platform, designed to enable you to manage all your banking transactions easily—wherever you are and at any time.
  • To access these services, please contact your Relationship Manager, visit the nearest Housing Bank branch, or contact the call center at 0096265200400, then select option 4.

 Features of IskanBusiness Platform

  • High-level security to ensure you can perform your transactions easily and safely
  • Account centralization, allowing you to view all your accounts through a single platform, with the option to link multiple companies within the same group under one username
  • The platform allows each customer to create multiple usernames and assign permissions and services according to the needs of each individual within the organization. The authority structure approved within the company and registered in its commercial registration is also applied to the system, Accordingly 
  • Ability to integrate the customer’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with IskanBusiness to easily complete transactions
  • Ability to set a daily limit for financial transactions that meets the company’s business volume
  • Additional security features when performing any financial transaction, requiring a one-time password (OTP) generated through the HBTF Token application.
  • A seamless, unified experience across both web and mobile platforms

Such messages are not issued by Housing Bank but rather by individuals attempting to steal your information and access your account. Do not respond to such messages, and use the official bank website to access e-services. If you receive such messages, please report them by contacting the Housing Bank Call Center (24/7) at +962 6 5200400 / 080022111

  • Dear Customer, your password for the IskanBusiness service is used to access the service via the website to view your account and perform transactions. If the password is entered incorrectly 3 times, it will be suspended. To reactivate it, click on the 'Forgot Password' option and follow the steps, or contact the Call Center from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM at +962 6 5200400 and then select option 4

  • We advise that you do not store your password on your phone or use it in front of others, and ensure that you log out of the system after use. If you do not log out, the system will remain active for 5 minutes

  • Please ensure you do not share your One-Time Password (OTP) for money transfers with anyone
