The password for the online services is used to log in to the service from the website, where you can view and execute transactions on your account. In case password is entered incorrectly 6 times, it will be suspended. To activate the account again, click on the Forgot Password option and follow the steps or call the phone service center (ISKAN 24/7) at +9626 5200400 or the toll-free number 080022111
Do not store the password on the phone or use it in front of others, make sure to close the system screen after using it, where the system remains working for 5 minutes if not manually shut down.
Please do not share the one-time password OTP for the money transfer with anyone.
