Terms & Conditions – English

  1. To use the Campaign, Visa Housing Bank cardholders must download the GastroClub application in Turkey on their phones, register by entering the Visa activation code in the promotion code box, and become GastroClub members.

  2. The campaign is only valid when payments are made via a valid and registered Visa Housing Bank cards.

  3. All types of Visa Housing Bank cards are valid for the campaign, subject to the issuer's limits and the issuing country's regulations (cross-border transactions must be activated on the card to use it on the GastroClub app).

  4. GastroClub members will enjoy discounts between 10% and 25% on restaurants and up to 50% on other campaigns (please check the GastroClub app for updates).

  5. When requesting your GastroClub discount at restaurants, the user creates a digital discount card by pressing the "Create GastroClub Discount Card" button, shows this Membership Card to the service staff at the member restaurant, and becomes eligible for the discount rate of that restaurant as shown in the GastroClub app. There is no usage limit for restaurant privileges.

  6. For campaigns other than restaurants, the member becomes eligible for a discount by pressing the 'Get GastroClub Discount Code' button on the relevant campaign page and obtaining the promotion code created specifically for the campaign. The member then validates this promotion code at checkout or on the purchase page.

  7. This Visa campaign is valid from 01/11/2024 until 15/02/2025.

  8. This campaign cannot be converted into cash or transferred to someone else.

  9. GastroClub reserves the right to eliminate duplicate or malicious participations. GastroClub may cancel all participation data and discounts earned by any participant found to have cheated using mobile/computer technologies or other means that negatively affect campaign participation, without prior notice.

  10. Everyone participating in the campaign is deemed to have accepted GastroClub’s Terms & Conditions on the application.

  11. Personal information (name, surname, and phone number) will only be used for app activation purposes.

  12. The organizer of this campaign is GastroClub, and all responsibility for the campaign belongs to the organizer. Visa and/or its affiliates are not responsible for any technical or logistical issues that may occur during the provision of the service.
