Using the Digital Identity via Sanad App by the Customer

Steps on the Sanad App
  1. Log in to the Sanad App

  2. Select “My Documents” from the home page

  3. Click on the “ID Card” option

  4. A QR Code will appear next to the customer’s photo and personal information

Steps on the Queueing Machine at the Branches
  1. Select the “Sanad Digital ID” option from the main screen of the queueing system*

  2. Scan the QR Code generated from the Sanad App using the reader on the queueing machine

  3. Once the system verifies the ID information, the next screen will appear

  4. Select the customer segment according to the account type (Individuals, Edge, Iskan Plus, Corporates)**

  5. Choose the required service from the list

  6. Receive the queue ticket and wait in the branch lobby until your number is called

    *Airport branches, Private Banking branches, and the Rawabi Office are excluded from using the Sanad Digital ID feature through the queueing system.

    **If “Edge” or “Iskan Plus” segment is selected, customer identification will be verified through one of the following methods:

  • Entering the phone number registered with the account
  • Entering the unified account number
  • Swiping the ATM card for the Edge or Iskan Plus segment on the designated reader of the queueing machine
