1. All customers with savings accounts and/or Mustaqbaly accounts shall participate in the weekly and monthly savings accounts prizes draw, provided their balances are at least 100 JODs.
2. All customers with savings accounts and/or Mustaqbaly accounts shall participate in the prizes for quarterly, semiannual, and end-of-year savings accounts, provided that their balances are at least 1,000 JODs.
3. The customer has the right to win more than one weekly prize during the campaign period.
4. Only account holders who wish to participate in the prizes shall participate in the prize draws for savings accounts.
5. The winner shall bear the value of the taxes imposed on the prizes, according to the instructions of the Income Tax Department.
6. Any winner who does not claim the prize after six months of the announcement will lose the right to redeem the prize.
7. The draw takes place on official working days.
8. The minimum amount to open a savings account is 100 JODs.
9. Savings accounts in Jordanian dinar currency only participate in the draw.
10. In the event that the winning customer wishes to give up the prize and not receive it for any reason, the bank has the right to cancel this prize and/or the draw and/or take the action that the bank deems appropriate, according to its sole will with this regard.
11. The campaign ends on 31/12/2023.

The following are excluded from the prize draw:

1. Chairman and members of the Board of Directors, employees of the bank, their spouses, and their children
2. Savings accounts and Mustaqbaly accounts with balances less than 100 JODs, as well as accounts whose owners wish to refrain from participating in the draw
3. Savings accounts and Mustaqbaly accounts for deceased customers
4. Savings accounts and Mustaqbaly accounts in foreign currencies
5. Customers who have won grand prizes (as would be announced by the bank) are excluded from participating in the draw for any other grand prizes or future monthly prizes for a period of 2 years from the date of winning the grand prize while these customers retain their right to participate in other prizes without exclusion (the decision was effective as of 2017)
6. Customers who have won monthly grand prizes (as would be announced by the bank) are excluded from participating in any other monthly grand prizes or any future grand prizes for a period of 1 year from the date of winning the monthly grand prize, while these customers retain their right to participate in other prizes without exclusion (the decision was effective as of 2017)
