The Housing Bank, held an event for its employees on International Youth Day, which falls annually on August 12. During the event, the bank recognized a number of its outstanding employees, highlighting their positive contributions to the bank's operations and their role as future leaders of change.  

Since 1991, the United Nations has observed International Youth Day, which works with the international community to shine the spotlight on youth issues including celebrating their potential and partnering with them in today's global society as a way of achieving the sustainable development goals in their countries.

The event was held at Dunes Club in partnership with the Challenger Team, which organizes team building and leadership activities, and comes in line with the bank's belief in the vital role played by the Jordan's youth in leading change within their communities.

Through its strategy and operations, the Housing Bank focuses on empowering Jordan's youth by offering them employment and training opportunities, offering them an in-depth look at its banking and financial operations as a way of advancing their leadership and practical skills.​
