Housing Bank organized an art mural event in Aqaba in cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), as part of their ongoing joint initiatives to foster community engagement and raise awareness of positive health and environmental practices that contribute to reducing cancer risks and preventing it.
This initiative supports the objectives of the bank’s social responsibility program, Imkan by Iskan, particularly within the health and environment pillars. Through this program, the bank reinforces its commitment to public health, quality of life, and collaboration with civil society organizations, embodying the core principles of sustainability, community service, and responsible giving.
The mural was created with the participation of volunteers from both the bank’s Imkan by Iskan team and members of the KHCF’s Siwar Al-Hussein Volunteering Program. Their joint efforts reflected the initiative’s vision of encouraging local community involvement and strengthening awareness about environmental well-being and preventive health.
This artistic contribution is part of the bank’s continuous support for the King Hussein Cancer Foundation under a longstanding strategic partnership. It includes backing the foundation’s charity gala, the university scholarship program for students with cancer, and comprehensive care programs that address the needs of patients facing medical and financial challenges. It also encompasses ongoing support for the Siwar Al-Hussein Volunteering Program and its community-centered activities.
