The Housing Bank, the largest and widest spread bank in Jordan, has launched The Project, an internal initiative that is directly in line with its strategy to continuously invest in its human resources. The new platform was created as a means to encourage its employees to share their innovative ideas, projects, and proposals as well as help them develop their creative skillsets through a dedicated platform.
When creating the platform, the Housing Bank formed a dedicated steering committee to discuss and evaluate projects received from the bank's different branches and departments, which were then organized and fine-tuned according to the specific guidelines set by the committee.
The launch of this initiative by the Housing Bank comes as part of its policy to maintain and enhance the channel of communication between the executive team and all staff members, allowing those with innovative ideas to find the support needed to see their projects through to completion. The Housing Bank, which is recognized as a performance-motivating environment, is renowned throughout the financial sector as an incubator for innovative ideas. Through The Project, the bank opens up yet another avenue for its team members to improve their job performance and develop their creativity in the field of banking and investment while simultaneously cultivating their leadership skills.
The Project's mission is to develop creative solutions in the areas of banking services, customer services, internal communication, digital transformation, work efficiency, the creation of a green working environment, and reinforcing the bank's brand identity.
The top three winning ideas from The Project will be recognized by the Housing Bank with certificates of appreciation and valuable prizes.
