The Housing Bank Launches “Iskan Chat” Automated Services Through its Channels and Digital Platforms

The Housing Bank- the most widespread bank in Jordan - launched the first phase of the Iskan Chat automated response services, an interactive AI-based chat service, which reflects the bank’s digital transformation strategy and continuous efforts to provide innovative services and products to customers.

The Housing Bank provides the Iskan chat service though its website: www.hbtf.com, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp: +962 65200400.

The Iskan Chat service allows responding to questions and inquiries from customers and non-customers, in a quick, flexible manner around the clock, seven days a week. The service includes responding to general inquiries regarding the bank’s products including cards, loans, accounts and applying for credit or debit cards. In addition to general information regarding electronic services, locating ATMs and branches closest to customer’s location in addition to submitting suggestions, inquiries, or complaints.

The Housing Bank considers its customers among its priorities, so it always seeks to provide them with the latest services and products by launching innovations and digital banking solutions. This enhances the bank’s leadership in the Jordanian market, making the solutions more responsive to the needs of its current and potential customers.

The Housing Bank launched its new website at the end of last year with its advanced and modern interactive design, as part of a series of updates adopted by the bank to keep up with digital transformation in the banking field. The bank has previously launched the new digital self-service branch (Iskan engage) and purchased 185 ATMs that provide new quick and easy quality services to its customers without the need to visit branches. The new credit card and direct payment cards in all categories have been developed to include new contactless technology, while offering a distinctive modern design bearing the image of the new bank building. An updated version of the Iskan Mobile application and the Iskan V-Card automatic and immediate issuing service that can be issued through Iskan Online or the application has been launched, in addition to the many advanced services and technologies that keep up with the rapid changes of the digital age.
