The Housing Bank, the most widespread bank in the Kingdom, held a qualification program for the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (ICWIM), at the Bank's Training and Development Center.  Such training programs emphasize the bank’s efforts to raise the level of knowledge of its employees and enhance their professional capabilities.

Seventeen employees from the treasury and investment sector participated in the qualification program. From a global perspective, this certificate is one of the most important international certificates in the wealth management, investment analysis and financial planning fields. The qualification program qualifies employees to find appropriate solutions to fulfill clients' investment and financial planning needs.

The holding of this program reflects the bank’s belief in the importance of its qualified human capital in developing its business across various operational levels. Therefore, employees are periodically involved in training courses and qualifying programs, each according to their scope of work and specialization, to achieve excellent performance.
