Terms and Conditions to join the game

الشروط والاحكام للمشاركة في المسابقة

 By continuing to play the game, you hereby agree to all of the following terms and conditions:

بقيامكم بالولوج إلى اللعبة للمشاركة في المسابقة فإنكم توافقون على كافة الشروط والاحكام التالية:

  1- Age of the contestant must not be less than 7 years, and participant must be a Jordanian national or a legal resident in Jordan

1-  لا يقل عمر المشارك عن 7 سنوات وأن يكون أردني الجنسية أو مقيم في الأردن قانونياً.

  2- The contestant must enter their correct contact information, and shall be responsible for the same

2-  يجب على المشارك إدخال معلومات الاتصال به بشكل صحيح وعلى مسؤوليته

  3- The contestant and/or their legal guardian acknowledge not to object to the bank’s request to publish the name and age of the winner contestant, and that such publication may include photos or video.

3- يتعهد المشارك في المسابقة و/أو ولي أمره بعدم الممانعة من إعلان البنك عن اسم وعمر المشارك في حال ربحه للجائزة، وقد يتضمن الإعلان صور أو فيديو

  4- The contestant acknowledges that no prize will be guaranteed by the bank for entering into the game, and that the selection of the prize winner is at the bank’s sole discretion

4-  يقر المشارك أن البنك لم يتعهد بضمان وجود جائزة وأن اختيارا الرابح للجائزة يخضع لإرادة البنك المنفردة

  5- The contestant and/or legal guardian will not defame the bank

5-  يتعهد المشارك و/أو ولي أمره بعدم التشهير بالبنك

  6- Each contestant is qualified to win only once during the game, notwithstanding the number of attempts

6- يمكن للمشارك ربح الجائزة لمرة واحدة فقط بغض النظر عن عدد المحاولات في اللعبة.

  7- The winner is selected by the bank from those who participated in this game based on a random draw, concluded by a program specially prepared for this purpose and in accordance with the approved standards and controls.

7- يتم اختيار الرابح ممن شاركوا في هذه المسابقة بناءً على السحب العشوائي عن طريق نظام معد خصيصاً لهذه الغاية ووفق المعايير والضوابط الرقابية المعتمدة

  8- The contestant who is selected as a winner will be required to present the bank with their valid smart Civil Status ID Card or Passport for conformity reasons, and if the information entered herein is invalid, the bank has the right to disqualify such contestant. The bank shall have the right to make a photocopy of the winner’s and/or parent’s identification document.

8-  وسيُطلب من الرابح تسليم بطاقة الأحوال المدنية الذكية أو جواز السفر ساري المفعول للتأكد بأنه مطابق للشروط ورقم هاتف فعّال وإذا لم تكن المعلومات صحيحة يحق للبنك إلغاء الجائزة. و يحق للبنك أخذ صورة عن أي وثيقة تعريفية خاصة بالرابح و/أو ولي أمره.

  9- The winner of the prize must collect their prize in person within one week of the date of announcing the prize and informing them, and contrary to that they will forfeit their right to the prize. The prize is to be collected from Digital Hub at the Bank.

Notwithstanding anything in stated herein, the parent/guardian of the winner whose age is less than 13 years must be accompanying the winner when collection the prize from the bank. 

9- على الرابح استلام جائزته شخصياً خلال اسبوع من تاريخ الإعلان عن الجائزة وإعلامه بها، وإلاّ سيفقد حقه بالجائزة؛ وذلك من قِبل دائرة الابتكار الرقمي في البنك.

وبغض النظر عن ما تم ذكره في هذه الشروط والاحكام، فعلى ولي أمر الرابح الذي يقل عمر عن 13 سنة مرافقة الرابح عند استلام الجائزة من البنك

  10- Neither the bank nor any of its employees are to be held liable towards the contestant and/or their legal guardian in case of any errors in the game.

10- لا يتحمل البنك أو أي من موظفيه أي مسؤولية باتجاه المشارك في المسابقة و/أو ولي أمره في حال وجود أي عطل بالمسابقة

  11- This game is subject to the bank’s terms and conditions

11- تخضع المسابقة لشروط وأحكام البنك

  12- The contestant and/or their legal guardian hereby acknowledge that the bank has the right, and without objection, not to award the prize in case of breach of any of the terms and conditions stated herein.

12- ييقر المشارك و/أو ولي أمره بأحقية البنك وبدون أي معارضة، عدم منح الجائزة في حال الاخلال بأي من الشروط والاحكام الواردة هنا.
