The Housing Bank awarded (The Arab World's Leading Bank in Financial Inclusion), presented by the World Union of Arab Bankers, in the sidelines of the Arab Banking Conference 2016, organized by the Union of Arab Banks in Lebanon in the presence of a large crowd of bankers and international and regulatory figures from international and regional institutions.

It is worth pointing out that the Housing Bank is the first bank in the Arab world gets such quality award, as a result of interest in providing services to all segments of society, especially those with low income, and the delivery of these services to most parts of the Kingdom, in addition to the role played by the Bank in financial and banking education, and its active contribution in social responsibility.

The Bank is keen to provide all the services and products effectively to all customer segments (individuals and companies) in various areas of their presence, and constantly striving to improve the standard of its services through increasing various distribution channels. The number of branches operating in Jordan is currently 129 branches supported by 216 ATMs. Moreover, Mobile Bank provides service to customers in the governorates of the Kingdom, noting that the number of local and foreign branches of the Bank Group is 181 branches, in addition to representative offices in Iraq, UAE and Libya.
