As part of its corporate social responsibility strategy, which includes supporting the less fortunate, the Housing Bank, the largest and widest spread bank in Jordan, has renewed its annual support for the SOS Children's Villages - Jordan by sponsoring an orphans' home.

Over the years, the Housing Bank has extended its support to the SOS Children's Villages Jordan, sponsoring a family home as part of belief in the role that the organization plays in helping children who are deprived of normal familial support. Through this sponsorship, the bank upholds a pivotal pillar of its corporate social responsibility strategy to champion the humanitarian values of solidarity, cohesion, and mutual support.

The Housing Bank, aims from its cooperation with SOS Children's Villages - Jordan, to positively impact the lives of orphaned children living in the institution, providing them with job opportunities and creating for them a healthy and safe environment. Through its outreach program, the bank supports the SOS efforts to provide the orphans with opportunities to become successful members of their communities in a normal family environment, and providing healthcare support and educational programs.

SOS Children's Villages Jordan is a national not-for-profit society that was established in Jordan in 1983. It provides support to approximately 250 orphaned children as well as those who have lost family support in 32 family homes in its three villages in Amman, Irbid, and Aqaba, as well as at nine youth homes affiliated with the institution.

The SOS provides children with a warm home and a family atmosphere in addition to family sponsorship services including food education, health care, and extracurricular activities.
