As part of the internal branching strategy adopted by the Housing Bank to reach customers in various locations, Mr. Ihab Saadi, the acting Director-General of the Housing Bank, inaugurated Prince Rashid Suburb Office. This new development stems from the bank's aims to offer more services and banking products to its existing and prospective customers. The bank is always working to explore opportunities for growth and expansion through the opening of new branches and offices in vital and commercial areas.

Housing Bank management is keen to equip these branches with qualified human cadres and the latest decors, office equipment, and technical systems. It also endeavors to distinguish its branches with modern designs adorned by an aesthetic touch. These practices and principles employ the policies and procedures of the bank that seek to deliver services smoothly, work on customer convenience, and meet their needs and expectations, as the bank's management hopes that these endeavors would reinforce the bank's "local" presence and deepen its role in the process of economic and social development in our dear country.

It should be noted that this step comes in line with the bank's strategy, which is designed to reach customers wherever they are located, provide them with various efficient banking products and services, meet their needs, and exceed their expectations. This strategy also seeks to strengthen the bank's role in the process of economic and social development in the local Jordanian market, as the bank has the largest number of branches in the Kingdom (127 branches), in addition to the largest network of automated teller machines (ATMs) amounting to (215) devices distributed across the kingdom.
