Housing Bank has announced its collaboration with the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts to support a series of mobile museum tours under the “Art as a Tool for Inclusion: Empowering People with Disabilities in Jordan” project. Part of its ongoing commitment to supporting community-focused initiatives, this initiative falls under the bank’s corporate social responsibility program, Imkan by Iskan.

Through this collaboration, Housing Bank will help fund six mobile museum visits over a three-month period, targeting children and youth with disabilities. The project aims to create an inclusive environment where participants can express their talents and ideas through innovative artistic methods tailored to different types of disabilities, helping to build self-confidence and support greater social inclusion.

Beyond its artistic focus, the tour program also seeks to advance several educational and developmental goals, including raising environmental and health awareness, reducing violence and bullying, challenging stereotypes, and strengthening participants’ independent living, teamwork, and self-reliance skills. This support reflects the vision of Imkan by Iskan, which aims to create meaningful and sustainable social impact by backing initiatives that serve diverse community groups in partnership with civil society organizations across Jordan.

The Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, affiliated with the Royal Society of Fine Arts, is one of Jordan’s leading cultural institutions. Since its establishment in 1980, the gallery has played a key role in promoting artistic and cultural awareness through local and international exhibitions, as well as impactful community initiatives. Its mission aligns closely with Housing Bank’s commitment to creating lasting positive impact across the Kingdom.
